Like Mother, Like Daughter

My security blanket when I was a baby/toddler was a little pillow that was given to me at the hospital just after I was born (2 months premature I might add). I still have the pillow and decided to try to replicate one for Kinsey. Needless to say it was my first attempt at sewing...Ryan calls it "perfectly imperfect".

36 Weeks!!

We had a doctor's appointment last week (we'll now be going weekly) - No signs of baby Kinsey coming soon. I have devoloped something called PUPPS and I am very itchy. For those of you that have heard of this the only way to get rid of it is to deliver. But Kinsey is worth all the itching in the world as long as she is healthy.

35 weeks!!

So I am getting bigger every day! Ryan and I can't wait to meet Kinsey. We have had our maternity pictures taken. We want to thank Ashley and Adam Bode for such a fun day of taking pictures. They turned out wonderful and I will post more when they are complete.

I just wanted to thank everyone involved in throwing us such a wonderful baby shower! Kinsey is lucky to have such a loving family. The food was great, the games were fun, and seeing family was the best thing I could have asked for. We also wanted to thank all guests for coming and the nice gifts for our new baby girl. We had the room reveal at the shower, but I am adding some last minute decorations before it is complete. Thanks to Chris for my new found interest in mod podge! More belly shots and room pictures are to come.
